You own your data
Everything Nevou measures, your recovery, sleep, HRV, body composition and nutrition, is yours. You can export it or delete it permanently at any time.
We do not sell it
Your health data is never sold or shared for advertising. It exists to serve you, and only you.
Collected to be useful, not to hoard
Nevou gathers what it needs to give you accurate insight and coaching, nothing more, and is clear about what each piece is for.
Yours to take with you
Leaving? Export your metrics, meals and body history as CSV or JSON, free, any time, including after you cancel. Pick a range and choose All time to go back as far as your records run. No lock-in.
The notice for this website
What this page is, and what it is not
The four promises above are about the Nevou app, which is not on sale yet. They are what we intend to be held to, and when the app ships it will carry its own notice covering health data, which is a far larger question than an email address.
This website collects one thing: an email address, if you type it into the form. Nothing else. What follows is the notice for that, and it applies today.

Nevou Health is currently run by its founder as an individual. A UK limited company of the same name is being formed, and when it is registered it takes over responsibility for this list. We will add its company number and its registered postal address here, and tell the list, before anything changes about how the data is used.
What we collect, and why
Your email address, and the date you gave it to us. We use it for two things: to tell you when the product goes on sale, and to send one email a week until then.
There is no analytics on this site, no advertising pixel and no tracking cookie. We do not know who you are, where you came from, or how many pages you read. If that changes, this page changes first.
On what basis
Your consent. You give it by submitting the form and confirming through the email we send you. You can withdraw it whenever you like, and every email we send has a one click unsubscribe at the bottom. Withdrawing is not a request we have to consider, it is simply done.
Who else sees it
- Kit, the platform that stores the list and sends the emails. Kit is based in the United States, so your address is transferred there. That transfer is covered by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum in our contract with Kit.
- IONOS, in the United Kingdom, which hosts our own email, so it handles anything you write to us directly.
- Cloudflare, which serves this website and sees the request your browser makes for each page.
- Google, at present, because the fonts on this site are still loaded from Google's servers, which means your browser tells Google your IP address when a page opens. We did not ask you about that and we should have. We are moving the font files onto our own server so it stops.
That is the whole list. Your address is never sold, rented, or shared with anyone for advertising.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe, or twenty four months after the crowdfunding campaign closes, whichever comes first. If you unsubscribe, we keep only the minimum needed to be sure we do not email you again by mistake.
What you can ask us to do
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, have it corrected, have it deleted, have us stop using it, have it sent to you in a portable form, object to what we are doing with it, and withdraw your consent. Write to privacy@nevouhealth.com and we will answer within one month. There is no charge and you do not have to give a reason.
If we get it wrong
You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK regulator, at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113. You do not have to raise it with us first, though we would rather have the chance to fix it.
