Nevou Band
On your wrist, day and night. Reads HRV, resting heart rate, sleep stages, SpO₂ and movement — the raw signals of how recovered you really are.
Recovery · Sleep · Body · Fuel · Coach
Every score opens into the arithmetic that produced it. And when we have not measured enough, we show you nothing rather than a number we have not earned.
Your health data belongs to you. Always.
A recovery score of 61 tells you nothing on its own. Tap it and you see every part that made it: how much came from the variation between your heartbeats, how much from your sleep, how much from your resting heart rate, and which signal was missing that night.
One system. Three parts.
A band for your nervous system, a scale for your body, an app for the meaning. Each is good alone. Together, they see the whole picture.
On your wrist, day and night. Reads HRV, resting heart rate, sleep stages, SpO₂ and movement — the raw signals of how recovered you really are.
A smart scale that reads more than weight: body-fat percentage, muscle mass, water, bone, and segmental balance — left vs right, arm vs leg.
The intelligence. It turns every signal into Recovery, Strain, Focus, Stress and your personal circadian rhythm — and explains each one in plain language.
Your day, modelled
Nevou forecasts your energy across the day from a three-process model of alertness — then shows what you actually lived. Scrub the curve.
Your sharpest hours. Schedule the hard, focused work here.
The morning verdict
Each morning Nevou weighs your overnight HRV against your own baseline, your sleep performance, and your resting heart rate — and tells you how much your body can take today.

The engine
Nevou's scores aren't arbitrary. They're built on the published physiology of the nervous system and sleep — then tuned for one honest read each day.
Your circadian forecast combines homeostatic sleep pressure, the body clock, and sleep inertia — the same framework sleep scientists use (Borbély; Åkerstedt & Folkard).
Readiness is led by ln(RMSSD) against your personal baseline — the most reliable overnight signal of autonomic recovery — with sleep and resting HR.
Strain uses Banister's TRIMP with exponential heart-rate-reserve weighting, so a hard hour counts far more than an easy one — compressed to a simple 0–21.
Every score links to a plain-language explanation of how it was computed.
The part nobody advertises
Every tracker has gaps. Most fill them with a number and hope you do not check. These are ours, in writing, before you buy anything.
Nothing at all for three days. Your body age estimate shows no number until day three, and we do not call it established until day twenty one.
Nothing, rather than a low score. When a night is too thin to score, recovery returns nothing at all instead of a number we would have guessed.
A written sentence, not a zero. A night we could not read shows a plain empty state, never "0 out of 100, poor".
A gap stays a gap. Sixty minutes without the band on breaks the line and draws the gap, instead of quietly joining the dots across it.
We tell you how we know. Food you weighed, food you scanned and food estimated from a photo are each marked differently, and a meal only counts as precise when every item in it is.
Privacy-first, by design
